An abstract view of intercepting perception from reality in life. Humans may have harrowing perception problems or ideas that clash with reality. i.e. a grotesque view of a vision as one chooses to perceive it (a lake, a horse, a poem). The resulting vision can be silly if we allow perception to win over reality. In order to avoid clouding our perception we search for the truth which in itself is reality. i.e. Striving for realism in art requires a diligent study of the truth of the matter. An artist drawing a horse striving for realism must avoid learning from other horse artists. In order to find the truth about horses the artist learns from the horse itself. A truly gifted horse artist is one who goes thru exhaustive sources of knowledge about the horse before sketching it. One must strive to distinguish our views in life by isolating our perception of it from reality in order to search for the truth.

Okay, now I'm not sure if I'm living perception or reality. I did buy a horse though. Not sure where I will put it. Marvelous work.
